Ingredients :-
1/4 of a small cauliflower – cut into 8 small pieces
1 carrot – cut into thin round slices
10 french beans – cut into 1/2″ pieces, 1 capsicum – cut into 1/2 ” cubes
50 gm paneer – cut into 1/2″ cubes
1/4 cup ready made tomato puree, 1 tbsp salt, 1 and half cups milk cold
Grind to a paste
2 onions, 2 tbsp oil, 1/2″ piece ginger, 3-4 garlic
3/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp graram masala powder, 1 tbsp dhania powder
2 loung (cloves), seeds of 1 chhoti illaichi, 1/4 tsp chilli powder
Method :-
1. Cut all vegetables in to 1/2″ pieces. Wash cauliflower, carrots and beans. Microwave together for 3 min in plastic bag or a covered dish. Keep aside .
2. Grind together all ingredients of the paste. Put onion paste in the dish. Micro uncovered for 8 min.
3. Add tomato puree, salt, all microwaved vegetables and capsicum. Mix well.
4. Microwave for 4 min and add paneer and milk. Mix well. Keep aside till serving time
5. Microwave for 3 min when serve
