6 medium sized tomatoes
100 gm cottage cheese (paneer) – mashed roughly (1cup)
50gm grated cheese (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup onion-choppd fine
1/2 cup boiled peas or corn
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp amchoor (dried mango powder )
A few coriander leaves
1. Cut tamatoes in to 2 halves. Remove pulp and keep inverted for 3-4 minutes.
2. mix all other ingredients gently in a bowl, taking care not to mash the paneer.
3. spoon filling into tomato halves and arrange in a ring on a micropoof plate. Microwave at combi mode (micro+grill) for 5 minutes.
4. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.
