Palak Paneer Dish

Ingredients :-

 

250 gm paneer – cut into 1″ cubes

1 bundle (600 gm) spinach, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds,

1/2″ pieces ginger

4-5 flakes of garlic, 2 onion chopped,

1 green chilli chopped

2 tbsp coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp garm masala,

2 tomatoes chopped

2tbp dry fenugreek leave, 1tbp butter,

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tbs sugar,

1/4 cup milk

 

Method :-

 

1. In a microproof deep bowl put oil, jeera, ginger, garlic, onion, green chilli, 2tbsp dhania powder and garam masala. Mix well.
2. Microwave for 5 min.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and kasoori methi. Mix and add spinach leaves. Microwaves for 8 min.
4. Cool spinach. Blend with 1/2 cup water.
5. Transfer the spinach puree to the same microproof dish. Add 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, paneer, 3/4 tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water. Mix it.
6. Microwave for 5 min. serve hot.
