Mili – Juli – Subzi Dish

Ingredients :-

 

1 big potato

200 gm (1 packet of 15-20 pieces) baby cabbage (brussel sprouts) – trim the stalk end or use 1/2 of a small cabbage – cut into 1″ pieces

100gms baby corns (7-8) keep whole

1/2 cup peas (matar)

1 carrot – cut into 1/4″ pieces (1/2cup)

8-10 french beans – cut into 1/2″ pieces

15 cherry tomatoes or 2 regular tomatoes- cut into 4 remove pulp

ONION PASTE (GRIND TOGETHER)

2 tomatoes

1/4 cup curd

1/4 tsp haldi, 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chilli

1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp degi mirch

 

Method :-

 

1. Peel potatoes and make balls with the help of a melon scooper.
2. Put 1 cup of water, 2 tsp salt, potato balls in a deep bowl & microwave for 5 minutes.
3. To the same water add cabbage, baby corns, peas, Microwave covered for 2 minutes. Srain.
4. Put 3 tbsp oil & onion past in a micro proof bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes.
5. Add tomato past. Mix .Microwave for 7 minutes.
6. Add ½ cup water and vegetables. Mix well. Microwave covered for 3 minutes. Serve hot
