2 carrots – cut into thin round slices
2 capsicums – sliced into thin fingers
75 gm paneer – cut into fingers (3/4 cup)
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
1/4 tsp amchoor
1 tbsp milk
1 tomato – deseeded & cut into thin fingers
1. Microwave sliced with 1/4 cup water in a microprooof dish for3 minutes.
2. In another micro proof dish put oil, ajwain, besan, lemon juice, red chilli powder, dhania powder, haldi, channa masala and amchoor. Mix & microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Add carrot, capsicum, paneer, milk and salt.
4. Grill in the oven for 16 minutes. After 8 minutes, add deseeded tomatoes and mix gently with a fork and grill for the remaining 8 minutes. Serve hot.
