Crispy Achaari Mirch Dish

 

Ingredients :-

 

125 gms (6) big fat green chilies (achaari hari mirch) or 3 small capsicums 1/4 cup vinegar

FILLING :-

and 1/4 cups boiled rice

half tsp brown mustard seeds (rai)

half tsp cumin seeds (jeera), half tsp fennel seeds (saunf)

1 onion chopped, 1/4 tsp turmeric power (haldi)

2 tsp of any achaar ka masala (preferably use aam ka achaar)

1tomato_chopped

1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp tomato ketchup

2tep flour (Maida), 4tbsp semolina (suji)

1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garlic paste

 

Method :-

 

1. Slit the chilies & remove the seeds. Pour vinegar on them & sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt on them. Mix & keep aside.
2. In a micro proof dish put one tsp oil, jeera, saunf, rai, chopped onion & haldi. Mix well. Microwave for 5 minutes.
3. Add boiled rice, aam ke aachar ka masala, 1/2 tsp salt, chopped tomato & tomato kechup.mix well.
4. Fill each mirchi with the filling. Fill as much as the mirchi can take.
5. Mix ingredients of coating in a plate.
6. Put2-3 tbsp oil in bowl. Dip the side of the mirchi with the coating mixture nicely.
7. Grill for 12-15 minutes or till golden. Serve hot.
